Topcon shall provide Customer instructions for packing the Loaner prior to return shipment.If Customer does not contact Topcon within 60 business days following receipt of a repaired unit, Customer will be charged for the current list price of the Loaner. If Customer does not contact Topcon within 10 business days following receipt of a repaired unit, Customer will be charged $150.00 for every business day that the Loaner remains at Customer’s location. Returns. Upon receipt of a repaired unit from Topcon, Customer shall immediately contact Topcon and ask Topcon to arrange for the return shipment of the Loaner.If Topcon is responsible, Topcon shall repair or replace the Loaner free of charge. During the Loaner Period, Customer shall immediately notify Topcon of any damage to the Loaner (accidental or otherwise).If a service or repair is not covered by warranty, Customer shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including the costs of return shipment. If a service or repair order is covered by warranty, Topcon shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including the costs of return shipment. Shipping & Delivery. In all cases, Topcon shall arrange for shipping and delivery of the Loaner to Customer’s location.This fee will be indicated on the final repair invoice sent to Customer. If a service or repair order is not covered by an existing warranty, Topcon shall charge Customer a usage fee for the Loaner. Approval & Payment. Upon approval of a service or repair order, Topcon shall issue Customer a loaner instrument if requested for the duration of the repair period.
